While Bernard is closed to traffic there’s plenty of places to park your vehicle. Alternatively, take public transit, hop on a Scooter, or ride your bike downtown for some greener energy options!

Bernard Ave Businesses: All business deliveries are to use back alley access as first option. Deliveries and site access will also be permitted Monday – Friday from 6am-9am.
- Access is ONE DIRECTION only. Please see arrows below for access point for each block
- Vehicles must be accompanied by volunteer/staff walking the vehicle through the site
- Safety (High Visibility) vests are required when walking in vehicle traffic
- NO left hand turns onto Bernard Avenue are permitted, right hand turns only
- On exit, RIGHT AND LEFT TURNS are permitted, following signalized intersection instructions, paying attention to lights and pedestrian crossing signals
- Drivers must heed pedestrians/bikers, etc. in the emergency walkway
- Speed of 5km/hour within the site
- Vehicles must remain in pedestrian zone while onsite
** If an event is in progress or the site is in use, access is NOT permitted.
