Meet Me On Bernard Site Access

Bernard Ave Businesses: All business deliveries are to use back alley access as first option. Deliveries and site access will also be permitted Monday – Friday from 6am-9am.

  • Access is ONE DIRECTION only. Please see arrows below for access point for each block
  • Vehicles must be accompanied by volunteer/staff walking the vehicle through the site
  • Safety (High Visibility) vests are required when walking in vehicle traffic
  • NO left hand turns onto Bernard Avenue are permitted, right hand turns only
  • On exit, RIGHT AND LEFT TURNS are permitted, following signalized intersection instructions, paying attention to lights and pedestrian crossing signals
  • Drivers must heed pedestrians/bikers, etc. in the emergency walkway
  • Speed of 5km/hour within the site
  • Vehicles must remain in pedestrian zone while onsite


** If an event is in progress or the site is in use, access is NOT permitted.
